There may be many accountants who may offer you more refund for income tax or GST. One of the question to ask those accountants is to provide in writing to you that everything has been done legitimately and if this was ever audited by ATO, no discrepancy shall exist.

We provide a checklist prior to meeting which the customer can complete.  It will be beneficial to call us when all information is ready.  Please advise the full scope of the work so that we can provide upfront fixed fee quote.

If the scope of the work is well known to us, we are able to provide a fixed fee quote so customers are not up against any surprises. If scope of work cannot be determined in advance, then hourly rate is charged.
