great design and professional communication , I bought lot with approved duplex design, I found there are many issues, I did not like the way it been design from inside and outside, Rmj sustainable design / Rana Jaber change the look of it totally !!! with nice spotted touches, I love the design , and the good thing , she kept it to the minimum so I did not pay Da fees as a new job, it was section 96 , so it considered changes to approved plans, althought those few touches, change the look totally!!? to be great . been approved and I feel Glad , Rana is great person , and professional architect . yes , I would recommended Rana Jaber / RMJ sustainable design .
