  I'm compelled to share my recent negative experience which, unfortunately, mirrors that of one of the previous reviews. The sales and initial consultation stages were ok, setting a high expectation for the quality and outcome of the work. However, the finished product was a letdown. The paving slab was not executed as agreed upon, failing to properly direct water flow, a critical aspect that was discussed and priced accordingly and also the did not prepare the slab for paving. They said the tiles can do that! What exacerbated the situation was the response to the issue. Instead of a solution, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of accountability. The business owner and concreter attitude was particularly disheartening; he was rude and did not exhibit pride in his work. It's clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority post-payment, a stark contrast to the professionalism expected from the outset. My advice is to not to engage them in a job unless you specify everything in the scope of works. Also do a bit of research on what do you need exactly. They are not going to give you any valuable advice. They just wanted to do the job and go...! Also, don't pay the full balance amount until you are happy with the work even if they keep hassling you.

  Hi Michael I don’t know what we have done wrong to you mate, we had the quote and we did followed the quote and we also did extra work and you didn’t pay mate what you owe us, please stop saying things we didn’t do it , it’s not fear the way you treat workers, you had a concreter before us and he left you , we didn’t realise the way you are but it’s a shame the way you at 65 years old behaviour, All the best to you.
