Hello there,
My name is Jayita (Jay) and I am a Female Personal Trainer based at Gym in Bullcreek.
My knowledge includes weight loss, strength training, fat loss. I work with different age groups from age 19-60 and deal with a variety of scenarios. Experience in cases with arthritis, osteoporosis, bursitis and Charcot Marie Tooth Disease, knee issues, ankle issues etc.
I have experience in nutrition and finding an alternative for everyone needs especially workouts. Qualifications include Cert IV in Personal Trainer and Cert III & IV in Special needs.
Training with me won't be rough or hard but more logical and fun :) I love challenges and will love to work with anyone who wants to achieve a goal example (50 kg deadlift) or in any areas.
