Clients only visit lawyers when they need advice or assistance. the most common question asked, is how can you help me.  The answer depends on the complexity of the issue, the strength of the evidentiary proof, the willingness of the client to mediate or negotiate a solution and the many other factors that  may need to be taken into consideration in legal issues.

Our customers can save money if they bring to their first appointment all documentation they think may be  relevant to their matter. Further costs can be saved if a chronology or time scale of all that has transpired in the matter is prepared prior to an appointment. In appropriate matters, photographs of the problem or issue may assist our team to provide advice or assistance more quickly.

Charges and fees are fixed price or by an hourly billing rate. The complexity of a matter and the level of the legal person required to address the matter will determine the hours spent to resolve the matter.

This includes litigation for marine industries chasing debtors, Safety management Risk assessments and mitigation Plans for Clubs, Commercial vessel operations and slipway operations and general legal solutions for those people who make their living from the marine environment.
