  After 9 Months we started getting leaks in the roof due the areas in the roof that wasn't sealed properly and also cracked existing tiles that wasn't replaced, we have tried multiple times to reach out to the owner but doesn't always reply and been going back and forth for quite a long time now. we had to replace gyprock, re-putty and paint areas on the ceiling on wall, see the picture of the inside the home due to the leaks.
