Ty just power washed my Glazed Terra Cotta roof, reset all of the ridgecaps and sealed them. He removed my old pool solar collector and took photos of it all at the end of the job. He is an experienced roofer with lots of experience installing roofs of all types. He was very patient explaining what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. He cleaned up all of the lichen and mould that came off the roof and was a pleasure to deal with. He also asked the most questions before quoting and gave the best value of the quotes I received.
