• Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

  We are private and exclusive. All sessions are done in a private gym, with no one else around. We focus on you and your session with us. There is no chit chat with other trainers or members.

• What makes your pricing competitive?

  Because we have our own gym facility, we don't have to pay a percentage of our hourly rate to a franchise, resulting in reduced hourly cost. I use to charge $90 p/hour at a big gym franchise, now I am charging $50 p/hour.
