  Well the cleaner never showed up despite multiple phone calls and texts. She postponed as it was going to be a very hot day. That was absolutely understandable. She made an appt for the next day and didn't show up. Very disappointed.

  Carpets had stains all over them, my partner spent 45minutes scrubbing grease off tray in oven and the grill, you refused to come and clean carpets because of my review. None of the grout was removed.... Spent over an hour scrubbing the grout, none of light fixtures were cleaned. Real estate has checked the whole house and given us a list 3 pages long in which these cleaning jobs were on. Real estate has also taken issue with the rangehood filter.

  Requested an end of lease clean, was charged $800. We got a list of things to be done in the house from the real estate agent, after the cleaning was done. The oven was not done, none of the vents were done, grout in all the tiles in every room with tiles, carpet cleaning was not done well at all and none of the carpet stains had been removed. Walls and windows where not included under costs. Have basically lost $800 and are having to take time off our jobs to try and get our bond back. Have not yet received an invoice.

  Firstly i made myself very clear that if there were any problems to let me know but you didn't. I asked for a email address to send invoice but you didn't. The steam Cleaning was done up to standard however the very large and ingrained stain in the 3rd bedroom was not going to come out completely but was almost gone as i use professional commercial cleaning products .the oven was done and was spotless when i left. I was instructed by the tenent not to do walls nor windows . Vents, light fixtures where cleaned.tiles in bathrooms had been cleaned and grout was not dirty . I feel very let down by your negative review as i take my job very seriously. Again i said if there were any problems to let me know but you just put up a bad review
