Southern Cross graphics is not insured. It is a freelance design agency. Client approval is the most important and fundamental measure in place. Your design is not completed without client approval. Nothing goes to print without client approval. The end product hinges on your confirmation and acceptance.

I love the fact that each job or quote is completely different. What you design today may be completely different to how you approach a task and designed last week. It is the challenge to problem-solve for your client and communicate effectively.

That's easy. As a freelance designer with a premium listing, I pay to use the service. And at $99 per month PLUS the cost to quote (which varies depending on location and request), it can be anything from $12 - $37. Is it any wonder we are persistent, seek a response and try to win the job.

If the client or customer can provide as much information as possible regarding the job. This will vary from job to job: what the job entails, the size of the finished product, the timeline etc. All of these points are integral to providing a quote, but the scope of each project will vary.

Countless revisions can sometimes prove costly. It's always a good idea to have some sort of idea of what you'd like. Be specific. If you have gathered information or images of inspiration it's always helpful. Providing copy is also helpful. Although I am not a copywriter I can help, or point you in the direction of someone who can.

At Southern Cross Graphics artwork is usually worked on an hourly basis. However there are times when this does not suit and a per project fee is worked out.

My specialty is in providing press-ready artwork and printing. I can organise and manage your project, choosing the best stock and finish for the best price and arrange delivery of your product. More recently I have added vinyl products (banners and signage), product packaging and web design.

I am a certified compositor with over 13 years in the printing industry. My formative years have been in newspaper and commercial printing. I have also completed a certificate in design with CATC and a certificate of completion in Web Design with Stacked Academy.
