As I said in the survey, I was not impressed with the cleaning. The cleaners were there from 9am till around 5pm. The floors looked like they had just been swept, The carpets were good but there was water marks on the wall from cleaning the carpets. Windows were smudged as were the bathroom screens, bottom shelf of the oven was not clean and the floor in the laundry was not mopped properly.
