customers usually ask me how much do I charge, in reply I say that i mainly charge by the hour as many of my jobs I find the customer adds jobs or changed their mind

I like my work and i get very satisfied when the job is completed and the customer says its brilliant or they have to have a second look as they cant believe what a good job i have done. I have police clearance and my clients who get to know me grant me full acces to their homes and some give me key

You can save money by  1. supplying tip passes if required  2.picking up materials yourself 3. looking out for specials or shopping around for materials

I take a look at what other people are charging in different fields and try to either match or just charge a little less. IE painting and tiling would be higher rates than gardening or cleaning as they are more difficult

I normally charge an hourly rate which is higher for small jobs but decreases as the job gets bigger and or longer

I specialize in converting sheds to granny flats, theater rooms extra bedrooms. I love tiling, walls are my favorite as floors tend to be strenuous on mt back and knees
