Yes we are insured up to $10million  Yes we guarantee our work! there are provisions where we cant guarantee the products ordered as we are not manufacturers or developers, we are Installers.

When i was a kid and played in the mud I used to get yelled at! as we all did. Now that I'm a grown man I get to play in the mud and get paid for it! We love the finished product!

We're not saying that we are better than any other contractor but we do have decades of combined knowledge in the building and construction industry. We are super motivated and have attention to detail! And we see our work like art more than concrete or machinery operations. We have PRIDE!

We need at the very minimum see photos of desired area to be worked on. lineal or square meter measurements  type of product they wish installed Location Access to the job is very important If the job is at the back of a property or somewhere We cannot access with a truck we may need a concrete pump

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Preparing the pad themselves, purchasing some of their own products ie mesh, poly, drains, we work with owner builders that form up their own slabs and we just come in and pour and finish. so they get a much smaller m2 rate. pretty much the less we have to do the more money you will save.

We want the work! And the business still needs to make a profit. We are willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

depending on the size of the job, if its a big job that requires a lot of materials to set up we ask for the client to cover the cost of these materials prior to commencement. Once the materials are on-site we start work and on the day we finish we request that the outstanding amount be paid in full

We specialise in the whole process from start to finish and we are proud of our final product. We actually enjoy/LOVE our job!
