I have previously worked as a Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor in a number of gyms around Ipswich, many of which no longer exist, which I believe speaks to the unmotivating nature of these environments. We offer 8 unique sessions, from cardio to toning through to bootcamp training packages, and cater to all ages and fitness levels.
