Will you require customers to share their COVID-19 vaccination status?

We understand the concern regarding COVID-19 and the importance of ensuring safety for all parties involved. However, it is not a requirement for our customers to share their vaccination status with us. If a customer requests to see the vaccination status of our employees for their peace of mind, we can certainly provide that information. We believe it's important to respect the privacy of our customers and employees and follow all relevant laws and guidelines.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Our founder and CEO, Rizwan Nawaz, decided to pursue a career in design due to his imagination and love for the field. He completed a Certificate II in Multimedia and Bachelor's in Visual Arts and Design, then honed his skills in Uniforms and Signage. At 20, he opened his own clothing store and later worked in various industries including B2B Magazines, IT Marketing, and Real Estate. Eventually, he transitioned to focus on our design studio, Studio Riz. However, he also loves to share his knowledge as a lecturer at JMC Academy.

When looking to hire the right graphic design service, it is important to ask the following questions (we also have our answers):  Q: Can you share examples of your previous work and design style, as well as references and testimonials from past clients? A: Certainly, we have a portfolio of diverse project case studies and glowing testimonials from satisfied clients that we would be happy to share with you.  Q: Can you walk me through your design process, from concept to final product? A: Our design process is customised to meet the unique needs of each client. We view ourselves as true partners in the success of our clients' projects and take an active and hands-on approach to ensure that we not only meet, but exceed their expectations. Our goal is to create results that are of the highest quality and surpass what our clients initially imagined, and we work efficiently to make the most of the time available to us.  Q: How do you handle revisions and changes to the design? A: We typically allow for three rounds of major revisions to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the final design. In addition to these major revisions, we also allow for other minor changes within reason, as we understand that the design process may require some tweaks along the way. Our goal is to work closely with our clients to deliver a design that they are proud of and that meets their exact specifications.  Q: How do you ensure the final design will meet my brand guidelines and desired aesthetic? A: We understand the importance of adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring that the final design reflects the desired aesthetic. If you provide us with detailed brand guidelines, we will make sure to follow them closely in the creation of your design. If there is minimal information to work with, we will draw upon our extensive experience and knowledge to elevate the design to a higher level, ensuring that it aligns with your brand's vision and values. Our aim is always to deliver a final product that exceeds your expectations and showcases your brand in the best possible light.  Q: Can you accommodate my timeline and budget requirements? A: We understand that every client has unique timelines and budget requirements, and we are always flexible to accommodate those needs. To ensure that we are able to provide the best possible service, we often offer multiple price brackets of options, allowing you to choose the solution that works best for your situation. Additionally, if time is of the essence, we are able to offer rush services to ensure faster delivery.   Q: What is your policy on ownership and usage rights of the final design? A: If you have requested a template product, you will have full rights to all working files. In other cases, the ownership and usage rights of the final design are negotiable. If you would like to retain the working files, we can include this in our pricing for you.
