WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. More than terrible. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, ENERGY, AND PATIENCE. Not worth at all dealing with them. I will also let all my customers know (about 48,670 emails so far that will be sent) so no one else can experience the same as me. Really bad customer service and the lack of professionalism is just unbelievable. To be honest the behavior of particular people at this company is outrageous. As experienced web designers as they call themselves, I am still surprised that they are not capable to send a graphic design in any other way rather than an image ( JPG) , SERIOUSLY? Nothing has been provided and still, they are not willing to refund my money. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS OF DEALING WITH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE !! Thank me later.14 Feb 2022
Hi Meri, This is purely a method of exploiting a business that clearly shows up here. You have been provided design as originally discussed and you have only been charged for that milestone. However, you are trying to push the team to do more which is a part of the 2nd milestone and it was well written in the contract too. Hence you are trying to defame a business for your own purposes. We have already reported this ID to cyber authorities for a check-up as looks like a competition trying to malign the image. Our team has already given multiple solutions however the intentions clearly here are way different.Sharon
