How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Our mother gave birth to two pests and we were long term believers that "It takes a pest to know a pest, that's why we do it best!" . Being two brothers running a pest control company we finally entered the pest control world for ourselves and never left since!

A client went through 3 different pest control companies within 2 months to eradicate an ant infestation in their home with zero success and complete waste of money. They were referred to Sydney Pest Crew and were told that they were "the best pest controllers in the country!" ....We took offense because they didn't say "the best in the WORLD" lol ... Within 5-minutes of entering the job our director Chad and pest technician located the issue where it was all occurring and the nest was eradicated. Within a week the customer left a 5-star review explaining the above and how their issue was finally sorted and will only use Sydney Pest Crew from now on. We found this story to be both hilarious and a great compliment in its own! We now obtained another long term customer along with their family members.

1) If a rodent issue is consistently occurring within your property, look for and close off all gaps and locations that may provide an entry point for rodents. We also look for these possible entry points in our rodent control servicing and advise accordingly. Proofing plays a major part in pest control for all pests.   2) Keep kitchen clean and tidy at all times to reduce the risk of german cockroach infestations. All food to be kept in airtight containers including cereal, herbs and spices etc. All oils and sauces to be closed correctly with no leaks.   3) Ensure yearly termite inspections are carried out and general pest services. Failure to avoid annual servicing may result in costs skyrocketing if a major termite or pest issues arise in future where damage has occurred.
