  I just want to say a big thank you to Raymond & Matt! The whole experience was so easy and you all were so accomodating especially given that the stairs were so steep and it was raining! You guys just kept working on and I am so impressed. I also want to say a big thank you for my housewarming gift, how refreshing getting a gift just for choosing them!!   I never expected such an executive and professional service at the price I paid to move with this company. If I ever had questions I was encouraged to call and always had a wodnerful experience and kind person on the other end to answer any of my queries. They even called me before they arrived which was 15 minutes early and no trotting about taking their time with the acutal execution of the move. Very kind and warm people and they even give you a little house warming gift, I was shocked that thier level of service and attention to detail was well above any other I have experience in my 11 times I've moved. Will surely be using these services and recommending family and friends here!

  My job was booked through T.A.T.S Removals but they seem to have a few names. I was impressed with the customer service at the front end. However, my $1500 fridge was carried face down and the hinge was smashed off, the door dented and the fan is now not operating. Raymond suggested fixing the hinge with 'superglue' when I noticed the plastic hanging off the hinge (?) and later that night when I noticed the door was dented and the fridge fan was not working anymore Raymond said basically 'bad luck'. I am now wondering if at the time they did my move on 24 August, 2015 if they ever had insurance. Extra nice guys and I would recommend them for small jobs for property that you don't mind gets knocked around but if you are looking for professionals - these are NOT the guys. I have marked them low on 'Value' because the cost to fix the damage they caused far outweighs the cost of what it would have cost me to use the most expensive quote I got.
