At the moment: 1. Is it ok to upgrade to Windows 10? A. just because the software is free, dosent make it ok to upgrade, we can provide 10 issues that happen randomly during the process 2. Have I got a virus? A. 60% of the time its an add on, a good clean and service will fix this

Forget the wireless network then reconnect 3. Make sure your updates are completed and you have the latest program
