Funny story    about 25 years ago I bought a Kirby vacuum from a door to door sales man ,  we had to pay for it some how so I started cleaning carpets   COME A LONG WAY  LOL.

Can we remove stains     YES   we can and do  however it is time consuming, so we do charge a little more.. With our style of cleaning marks that your old carpet cleaner called stains normally are removed without complicated stain removal or repairs.
