How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was always an 'artist' of sorts. Ever since I was little I have been creating/designing anything and everything. So naturally I joined the dots between what I love to do and how to make money. This has resulted in years of fun and happiness behind my desk.

What do you like most about your job?

I live and breathe design. From clothes interior and digital. All things design I am obsessed with. I am very lucky to get up every day and create. This keeps me young and happy.

My client references. I am here to do a job. That job needs to get done so, I will do everything in my power to complete the job.

Because I aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction. I am happy to go above and beyond what is normally required, because I am not happy until you are. My past clients will attest to this fact.

Brand name, specific needs, ie Logo in different formats. Whether or not you need a website. If possible competitor research would be beneficial.

Be organised - You should have done some research into what you do and do not like from a visual branding perspective.  Be communicative - The faster you respond, the faster I can get the work done for you. Work with me - As far as I see it, we are a team. Let's work like one.

I offer a full service of agency standard design but do not have nearly as many overheads, meaning I can keep the costs down for you.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I usually charge flat rates which can be discussed prior to the job starts.  The more services you require the larger % discount you get off your total job.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Yes, I specialise in Brand Design and Web Design. Specifically WIX sites. The Branding branch of my skillset gives me an uncanny ability to get in the mindset of my clients clients. Then I create the brand around what they are looking for.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Over 10 years experience in the Design Industry and an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design. My years and years of experience in customer service, combined with my great ability to empathise and see things from my clients perspective mean I do what needs to be done to get the work over the line.
