A current client who had 20kg to lose, everytime we do her measurements she has dropped 4kg every month and the amount of cm's she is losing off her body is amazing

I enjoy the fact that when its time to do our measurements and how excited my clients get when they see the cm's drop off their bodies.

It more if you have a great realtionship with your personal trainer.  Not everyone is suited to the same personal trainer.  You have to be able to get on with each other, respect each other and be able to communicate about everything.

Most of the time its about the quick fix.  There is no quick fix.  If there was everyone would be running around with the body that they wanted.

No matter what job I have ever done, my work ethic has been 100%.  I am always on time, but if by chance I am running a little late I will always make sure I text you to let you know.

Past exercise history, medical history, any joint or muscle injuries that may alter what exercises we can and cant do.

Stop buying coffee from a coffee shop.  so many calories.  Stop buying takeaway.  Plan your eating, food preparation is the key.

I use a direct debit system, called paysmart.  The money is taken out of your bank account either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

I specialize with under-active thyroid function, weight loss and getting my clients to understand the aspects of clean eating so they can stay fit and healthy for the rest of their lives.

I have certificate 3 & 4 in fitness, I have been in the industry for over 20 years, teaching group fitness classes, pole dancing classes and personal training.  I am also a Metafit coach, boxfit coach and suspension trainer.
