Spent about 30 years in the construction starting as a draftsperson in the early 90 and finishing with Architect and BIM Manager on the Karryniup Shopping Centre extension.

It is a very tricky question and I have no answer on it. We are not selling potatoes and there is no one question and probably not even 20. All depends on if you think the person standing in front of you is respecting you and your needs and if the person is truthful. A good salesperson can sell you

How much cost the house - it cost as much as you want to spend is my answer. All depends on your budget and imagination. We can do tradition, but we also can do a very custom made.

Have a clear understanding of what they want to achieve. We can achieve a good design at a reasonable price and good timing.

The available customisation for any single element of your future house or investment. We can do it solar design, passive house design, Feng Shui or Vastu Sastra. Floor heating or ceiling cooling, all possible. Make it comfortable, it is your house.

For a single-story house, it starts with $850/m2 and an upper-level areas cost about $1400/m2 shell only. Turnkey packages start with $1200/m2 including kitchen, bathroom, custom made materials and kitchen cabinets.
