Yes, we have both Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance. We are also members of the Law Society of NSW.

What is the final cost after everything? I say disbursements vary but the final cost for conveyancing is usually between $1,500 inclusive of everything.  In relation to a "standard" Will it is usually $660 inclusive of GST. No registration charges apply.

We do not cut corners and we are a fully legitimate firm. We have a team of solicitors and conveyancers, so no issues if someone goes on leave. We pay our taxes, we pay our staff a reasonable wage and we do not compromise your sale or purchase by avoiding a cost that should rightly be ordered.

Disbursements can vary from property to property. For example, if you are selling a property the number of documents to attach to the contract will vary and each document needs to be ordered from a Government authority.

Conveyancing Tips: 1. Select a law firm that can settle your transaction electronically and you will generally save approx. $100 on expenses. 2. Get your Pest and Building Inspection done before signing the contract. Otherwise you might lose 0.25% deposit. 3. Request payment of a 5% deposit rather than 10%  Wills tips: 1. Provide your old Will to the solicitor

Our legal charges are competitive and where possible we like to agree a fixed fee in advance with our clients to provide transparency and avoid uncertainty.

We charge a very competitive fee of only $1,500 for all standard Conveyancing inclusive of GST and disbursements (e.g searches and enquiries).   We charge $660 inclusive of GST for a standard Will.  However, we discount this for oneflare customers and repeat customers.
