  I found Louis to be very professional and helpful. His quote was affordable and reasonable. Louis' advice and communication throughout the job was consistent and the quality of work very good. We have an old house requiring a lot of renovation work and will definitely be getting Louis back in the near future.

  Recommended son-in-law as architect. Told us they would work together & communicate to make sure design is on budget. After forking out over $2k for a design he gave us a fixed price quote $100k over the budget we told him. We were constantly asking him if the design was too big or complex and he says "we'll make it fit the budget" or "it's definitely doable". Ended up paying $700 for redesign, quote still $80k over budget. Wouldn't recommend this man.

  We regret that this project did not go ahead. Unfortunately some people fall in love with concept designs as well as builders do their best to accommodate their customers. In this case it was suggested that the project be built in two stages which was not acceptable by the client. We certainly hope that this young couple have found a more acceptable outcome.
