How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always been interested in 3d graphics , so I built my own software company and software product to allow speedier 3d images, real-time walk throughs and real-time modification to make 3d images more accessible to all building projects.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I was standing in line at a popular theme park with my wife and two kids.  It was hot, the line was moving slowly and the kids were hungry.  If we'd had instaFood then and there we would have been able to find a table, order the food and then just go an collect it when it was ready.

Over the years i have eaten at many venues.  So from that perspective anything to do with food is something i Love.  I also love promoting businesses and trying something challenging and new in the technology space.

Do i have scaled  floor plans and elevations yet? What do I want to use these images for? Will i potentially be making changes to the plans? Do I need to show over shadowing to council? Am I after cost effective or highly photo realistic images and videos ? the latter comparatively expensive.

Why don't you have an App?  We have a website that feels like an app and there are many reasons for this.  Many users simply don't know how to use the app-store.  Apple/Google charge too much.  It allows us to create more real-time data.  IT will work on almost any web enabled device not just a smart phone

A customer needs to provide a valid mobile phone number as we send a confirmation SMS.  Credit card details need to be entered into our secure system and an address needs to be entered so we can determine venues near you.

Customers save money by not having to telephone venues to see if they seats or are open.  They save time by knowing exactly where menus for a venue are located and they increase their knowledge of available venues.

If one flare customers sign up at www.instafood.com.au i will waive the instafood service fee for their first order.  I will need to receive an email indicating the customer has seen this offer.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our fee is transparent.  There are other providers in the market of particular niches.  They charge the restaurants and food venues either a monthly fee or 10% fee on the total order price.  This means that the restaurant or venue operator needs to incorporate this fee into the food price.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge customers $2 to place an order, book a seat or order ingredients.  Naturally the venues or providers can pay this fee for their customers.  Customers can purchase tokens for a reduced rate.  Only successful orders are charged.

Development, project management, project delivery and ongoing management, programming, system architecture, marketing, graphic design, User Interface Design, budget management.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have been creating images, brochures, and signns from architectual drawings for over twenty years. Architectural images now reduce building risk by allowing subdivisions to be sold directly off the plan prior to the soil being turned.
