I own The Fit Hub health, wellness and fitness studio in Burleigh. It is a collaboration of professionals who come together to inspire, motivate and assist people in their personal journeys. I have 15 years experience in the personal training industry having owned and managed various fitness business. With my experience and passion, I offer business mentoring, social media and marketing support for any new business in the industry. I also own Vigour Dynamic Fitness which works out of the hub providing group fitness and personal training for all levels of fitness from moms to kids. Having been overweight and unfit for the earlier years in my life, I am passionate about assisting those on their health, wellness and fitness journey to better improve the quality of their lives.
