With a background in printing and traditional marketing - I saw a decline in these areas and an increase in the online spend with many businesses I spoke to. There was a need for a full service company that could offer existing or startup businesses a turnkey solution for their online needs.

1) Are you websites Responsive (Mobile Friendly)? All websites should be responsive these day as mobile devices have overtaken desktop computers for people searching for your business online.  2) Are your websites optimised for Search Engine? If not, then you have a less likely change of getting found on the major search engines.  3) Do you Secure your Websites against Hacking? Most websites these days are built around open source platforms - these are created by the community and can be easily hacked.  4) Do you provide training? What is the use of having a self-editing website if you are not trained on how to use it!  5) Are there any hidden costs? Make sure you know what you are up for, what any extra work will cost & what are the ongoing charges.  6) Are your servers here in Australia? Many web designers offer hosting - but they are usually the cheaper overseas hosting so when they do maintenance in the middle of the night it's usually the middle of the day here so you loos your website AND email while this is being done.  7) Do you offer hosting on a dedicated server? AS previously mentioned - most web design companies use the cheaper overseas hosting so you share a server with 10,000 other websites. A dedicated server means you are not on an over crowded server ensuring you get a fast, secure hosting package with maximum up time.

1) How long does it take to design and build a website? A website typically takes about 4 weeks but can be longer depending on the site requirements, if copywriting is required, is custom designed or a large ecommerce site.  2) What is the process of getting a website? We have a 4 step process, Brief, Design, Build and Launch. Once you accept our quote we send you a website brief which will take you though the various processes and assist in the gathering of your content.  3) Do you offer eCommerce/Online Store websites? Yes, we provide a wide range of options including ecommerce  4) Do I need to organise my own domain name and hosting? While you can bring your own domain name and hosting with you - we can also off these services - infact we prefer to use our own hosting as it is on our dedicated business grade server here in Australia so you can be assured it is secure and high speed with a 99.9% uptime.  5) Will my website work on mobile devices? Yes - all our websites are responsive which means they will work on all mobile devices as well as desktop computers.  6) What is a Content Management System (CMS)? A CMS is a self-editing website that you can manage yourself. You can add additional pages, images and much more.  7) Do you provide training? Our websites comes with 40 Video Tutorials plus we provide training as well.  8) Can you help me with Social Media and Email Marketing? Yes, we can help you with both of these options - we have our own email marketing system that we integrate into you website along with your social media links.  9) What is Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)? SEO is all about getting found in the major search engines. There are 2 parts to the process - Onsite & Offsite optimisation. Its all about improving the visibility and popularity of you site to gain more traffic to your site thereby generating more leads and customers.   10) Do you write the content for my site? Usually our client provide us with the content but we can also offer you our Copywriting service if you prefer - there is an additional fee for this service though.  11) What is a domain name? A domain name or URL is your address on the web. It will look something like this: yourbusiness.com.au  12) What is web hosting? Web Hosting is the server on which your website and email are stored. We have many different levels of plans depending on your needs. Your data is stored here in Australia in our secure datacentre in Melbourne. Our dedicated server is optimised for business grade hosting.  13) Can you design my logo? Yes we can.

Depending on the service we provide, our charges are structured differently. For Web design and development we ask for 50% deposit and balance on completion of the project.
