I arranged a time for Jenny to come and give me a quote. The evening before, she changed the time which was totally fine by me but 15 minutes after she was due to be there I had to text her to ask if she was on her way. She advised that she was on the other side of Sydney and couldn't make it until the evening. I had already changed my plans to be there to suit her change of time and so couldn't do it again. The fact that she didn't even bother to let me know she wasn't going to make it was just plain RUDE and of course made me angry as I had changed my plans and stayed at home waiting for her for no reason. I never got my quote and decided to find another cleaner who would actually show up. POOR SERVICE. Would never recommend.Linda
