  DONT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner is rude and demanded payment asap after promising us 2 weeks to pay him. The removalists we had broke furniture and were slow loading the truck. Will never use them again

  Hi Catherine Hall, Confirmation and T&C sent out to you 2 weeks ago and everything is clearly mentioned about your booking details and the payment options. You requested us to book your move at 2pm as you work till 1:45-2pm, So we booked you in at 2pm arrival on the 23rd of April. This is clearly written on the confirmation(your house move from Toowong to Gold coast). Around 1pm today, we updated you ETA and apologized that the boys were running a little behind but you reaction was very aggressive and said that you have an appointment at 6pm in GC. So we arranged the other team and sent your home at 2pm. What do you mean by that we were 2hours late behind? All your statements come with Number_ 2, so let us reply you back with the facts Catherine. So the job was done but you were tying to avoid the payment in the end. Then, you started arguing that we offered you the payment plan which we never agreed on beforehand. So, we simply requested you to show us the proof that we agreed to the terms that you insisted about but you couldn’t prove anything. You were so offended and aggressive, and we still don’t understand why, so we could not be able to communicate with you well at all. You were just trying to avoid the payment then threaten us that you would call the police. We have 6 pictures of your furniture that the boys already took while they were on the job, so we know already the pre-existed damages on your furniture. Our service is transparent, and we take pride in our work, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and satisfaction. Beside all our crews including myself are committed to uphold the highest standards of respect, integrity, and honesty in our interactions with customers. The things could have been better, and we could have ended up offering you the payment plan for you, but we did not as we noticed multiple instances already of your aggressive attitude, behaviour and dishonesty.
