Yes, we are insured. No, I do not guarantee my work. That is the clients responsibility. I see clients for a short time frame.  I can guide you in the right direction with nutrition and train you like never before but ultimately you are accountable for your outcomes.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always had a passion for health and fitness. That passion led me to discovering the best modalities and techniques for lifelong change in the health and fitness perspective. These modalities give me a great deal of pleasure to share with others.

Too many to share and I don't like to have "favourite clients". They are all unique and have different reasons for training and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Every success they achieve assists other members and myself to adopt successful habits also.

Q: Will I be fit enough to join your Boot Camp? A: Yes, we cater for all fitness levels and our instructors will modify exercises if need be for new members. Q: When will I see results? A: depending on how hard you are willing to work will depend on your results

Simply speak to some of my current and former clients.  I doubt that will find anybody who has got anything negative to say about me. I guess you will never know unless you choose to train with me.

We are a boutique gym where all of our clients matter and we strive to ensure they do not get the "lost in the crowd" feel that can be attributed to some Gym's. We know everybody that walks in the door and strive to create a supportive environment for everybody regardless of fitness level.

Client goals are extremely important to enable me to set some realistic expectations and timeframes around achieving these goals. Any limitations to exercise such as current or previous injuries/health conditions.  Most important...how accountable will you be to achieve your outcome?

Tip 1: Never hand over money prior to a face-to-face meeting with your trainer.  You will learn a lot from that first conversation Tip 2: Focus on money saved in the long-term on potential health issues. Tip 3: identify the value/benefit you will receive

It is not about the $$ of the service you receive.  It is about the benefit that you acquire.  The level and service of training is excellent due to the experience attained by our trainers.  Saying this, we are extremely competitively priced for what we offer.

We keep our payment options flexible for client needs. Generally our members are on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly arrangement through our member-based software. We don't have lock in contracts or minimum membership timeframes.
