Since I started planning about business I found window cleaning will be my type of job. In this job my customer can find out the result straight away once I finish my job and there are no confusion on job I do. So I am always sure that customer is happy what they paid me. So this job is best for me.

Yea sure since I started my business I have meet many people with different characters. Among them I have one customer she is 76 years old and is running tailor business. She only have 2 big windows and one small glass door. I offered her for $50 every after 3 weeks but kind lady asked every 2 weeks

The only first question from new customer is how much are you going to charge? This is normal and I explain them how it helps them it's profit for them to invest on cleaning window. Also they ask me if I can be their regular window cleaner with reasonable price every weekly, fortnightly, or monthly

Things that I need to know before I can provide a quote to a customer are address, types of window( Fly-screens included or not), size of window, numbers of window, how many stored building etc.

Customer can save money in various ways, in my opinion customer can also practice cleaning tracks and washing window when they are free and only accessible windows safety is most important. so instead of every 2 week they can order cleaning every after 3 weeks.
