Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are a fully insured licensed business to the tune of $20 million. We only expect payment when the work is to the clients satisfaction. Any defects which are caused by poor workmanship will be fixed for free.

If you are not happy with me or our work it is free. We encourage all our clients to make a review of our work so future clients get a true picture of who we are.

We are a small business not looking to make huge amounts of money but a small family run business looking to grow over the next 30 years with the intention of growing a reputation and one day passing the business onto our children

1. Good description of the scope of work 2. What the Client is providing (i.e WC, HWU) 3. Start date (Time frame) 4. A picture/ photo helps immensely 5. Council plans provided if needed 6.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Provide photos and extra description of your job to eliminate guess work. 2. Discuss about buying own pc items 3. Discuss about jobs client can do themselves. I.e excavation.

If a customer tries our service and is happy, I am happy to offer a 10% price reduction on our hourly rate for repeat work,.

We have 500 pre-set prices which makes our pricing consistent.  We make a pricing calculator available online and excourage your questions to further pin point pricing.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We charge $75 for the first half hour and $75 for every hour after that. Since doing new build work I have come to understand that we are faster than most plumbers. We are happy to negotiate lesser rates for jobs over 4 hours.  We give free estimates over the phone, free quotes in person for jobs of a medium to larger size

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We have been working in predominately the new build and domestic maintenance area now for around 8 years and feel this is the area where we will excel the most.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Accepted Answer

I am a fully qualified plumber drainer and gas fitter with a restricted electrical licence. I keep in full contact with the Queensland master plumbers association to maintain up to date skills and information about the industry. I make it a personal requirement to update my qualifications as often as possible.
