Both. We guarantee the detail of our reports or you'll be fully compensated. We are also insured with $1m professional indemnity and $5m Public liability insurance.

1) Ask for a sample report so that you know what you are paying for. 2) Pay the right money to get the right person. Don't risk your life savings to go with the cheapest quote. Often, they will be the least thorough for you. You get what you pay for. 3) Call us before and after OFI's for free advice

We pride ourselves on NOT being the cheapest but we are definitely not the most expensive. This is a buyer beware industry and you get what you pay for. Our service and thoroughness speaks for itself. I'm always happy to put new customers in touch with previous customers to further support this.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Usually by online bank transfer. We don't ask for any money prior to inspection, all we ask is that a copy of the receipt of transfer is sent to us prior to release of the report.

We specialise in Pre Purchase Building and Pest inspections as well as Pre Handover (PCI) inspections. Our work is guaranteed and all reports are fully comprehensive with photos of all defects.

I come from a carpentry background of over 12 years before becoming a full member of the master builders association and continuing into the Pre Purchase Property Inspection Industry. I have worked with other inspection companies prior to opening up YourNest and am fully insured.
