Recently (around 2-3 weeks ago) the pressure from the tap in the office kitchen dropped to half.  The water pressure on the same floor of our building in the toilets is still fine. The kitchen sink has a "Stiebel Eltron comfort" hot water system underneath that could be part of the issue, although the hot water and cold water pressure are both affected.  The only diagnosing has been to take the aerator off the end of the tap and play with the valves to ensure they were fully open, but nothing improved it. Chasing a quote to get it sorted out please?

Automatic Pump control was not working so replaced it now it is not working. Did some research myself and it says i need to reprime it not sure what it means.
