Job Description: My ceiling is cracked near light fixture and is coming down around 1cm branching out the other side. As well as sagging ceiling which appear to sag more over time, lifting in one corner of the room as seen in the pictures. Room is around 4meters 40cm by 3.9meters. It is the room we sleep in and don' like the thought of it collapsing on us been trying for a year to get someone to fix it but they never get back to us.

Job Description: Double garage ceiling (6mX6.1m) Scope: 1. Remove current ceiling drywall and cornice. Take away for disposal. 2. Install new drywall/plasterboard and cornice. 3. Paint with white colour. Material cost and labour cost breakdown by above items

Job Description: Got a few jobs of various sizes: Image 1: Cracked ceiling needs repair, crack is roughly 40cms in length. Painting not required, that'll be DIY. Image 2: A tiled roof ducting kit needs to be installed, no existing hole in the roof tiles. There's also a hole in the ceiling to the right of the rangehood hole where a light fixture was that needs patching. Roof ducting kit already procured. Image 3: Minor damage to crown moulding at the entrance to the roof space needs repair. Image 4: Raked ceiling over the kitchen appears to have sunk and is resting on the nails, needs an inspection to assess extent of repair works, and action repair if possible (re-glue ceiling, etc).
