  We have used numerous companies for tech support. This is the first time that we have found a company so helpful, efficient, knowledgable and on time.   One of the best service experiences we've had. Called at 5:30pm, technician (Sheeraz) was onsite by 6:30pm, worked on the system for an hour onsite. The system needed further work so he took the system home and agreed to sms late into the night as he continued to work on the issue. Sheeraz text me back when the work was complete (1:00am - which we agreed was ok that late). PC dropped back to us the following day - wow! The three other shops I called/went to wanted the system for a week just to diagnose it - having the system back within 24 hours, awesome! Highly recommended!
