Job Description: I am seeking concrete floor levelling services for an existing property in Surrey Hills to prepare for the laying of hybrid flooring. The concrete slab floor appears to have a height variance of up to 5mm, possibly slightly more over a 2.4m area in some spots. However, will need further assessment to determine the actual variance. To lay hybrid flooring I've been advised that require the variance to be less than 3mm over a 3m area. The property is a three bedroom home, with a WIR, hallway, BIR and cupboards, entrance, and a lounge. These areas total 82 square metres which may require levelling.
