Install bunnings laminate flooring to 3 rooms; kitchen, living, bedroom. Approx 42sqm total. 

Existing flooring is concrete slab (living + bedroom) and timber floorboards (kitchen).

New kitchen install will happen by end of month, therefore looking for trades available from 1 September.

We have recently pulled up and removed tiles at our house. What we have discovered is Tasmania oak floors boards that have seen better days. We have also removed walls so have parts of our house that have holes in the floors that need extra floorboards installed. We are located in Frankston and are seeking someone to restore our floorboards back to their former glory if possible. Including floor repair, sanding, and polishing. Looking for someone that can come out and provided us with a quote and options for what to do with our floors. If they cant be restored, we would still require repairing so we can at least put down floating floor or some form of replacement so that our house is more liveable than it currently is. We have attached a floor plan of our house. In orange is the areas that would need replacing.
We are happy to go down a few paths with this service depending on what is needed for our floors. Please ignore the price and quote accordingly. I personally believe the house needs to be viewed before a final price is agreed upon. Unfortunately my husband and I work full time so ideally we would be after someone that can come and view the floors around 4pm or on weekends if this is a service you can provide.
