Job Description: I need separate quotes for each item below: 1. Remove walls as outlined in red below and install lintels or beams where appropriate (see photo of floorplan). 2. Fix gradient on the front porch by rebuilding the top with appropriate timber with flow towards the front of the property. Roofing and roof plumbing with new polycarbonate sheets with flashing, gutters and downpipes (See house porch photos) 3. 3. Remove external laundry (utility) glass door and prepare a stud wall with termite resistant timber in its place with a window cavity running along the top of the wall horizontally roughly from the cornice to level with the top of the proposed shower tiles (approx. 1500 x 400). Prepare a niche (recessed shelf) in the shower side of the stud wall at about 1400mm height. Dimensions of recessed shelf: 400 x 300. Hardiplank or equivalent to clad the exterior wall. (See Utility Space photo). 4. Remove architraves and door between current existing dining and hallway and line with plaster to create an open doorway (see floorplan).
