  Inception is a fully insured and registered company. All staff are regularly trained and competent in senior first aid. Client safety is a priority.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  Inception will encompass what we feel is missing from the health and wellness industry today. After a combined 8 years’ experience it became clear that success in changing your body shape and taking control of your health habits was much more of a mental exercise than a physical one. We’ve all heard the saying “strong mind, strong body” which is very true, a strong mind creates a strong body BUT where does the strong mind come from? Without focus on changing your beliefs, being aware of your subconscious thoughts, finding balance, practicing self-love and positive thinking the body shape results just don’t stick! As a result, we’ve created a haven for change and results by encompassing personal training, life coaching, yoga, meditation, massage and a healthy cafe to ensure long lasting results in mind, body and soul. It has been a dream of ours for many years to be able to offer and ensure clients the feeling of happiness in conjunction with their body reshaping journeys.
