Job Description: Combination of window revealing (covered up in parts), reframing and replacement of all windows. Mix of fixed glass and louvers or happy to discuss - to side of house, spanning 2.5 levels - job is at a height and will require scaffolding & experienced builders/glass replacement businesses only. We can do design if preferred or required - this is no problem. Attached are photos, the one with black plastic and old door is current, the following is the original windows before damage and boarding up (1970s) to give an idea on the top windows that are boarded up currently, photo 3 is internal from top level (roof level). These are photos I have found in a hurry and I can supply more details as needed.

As currently the last tenant left a note that says to flush pull up ring attached to a piece of wire/ string. Property is currently vacant but keys and access are available upon request.
