How much will it cost - call out plus hourly rate. How long will it take - varies on speed and age of unit and memory available. Will i lose any of my information - we will endeavour to ensure all your information is backed up but if it is a virus issue the data my be corrupted and unretrievable. How can i make my PC faster - there are ,any ways this can be done, adding a usb drive to add more memory, others may require a total system cleanup and reinstall and a larger master hard drive. Why is my internet so slow -  you may have interference from other electronic devices, require a update of modem or software.  What do you recommend for anti virus - depending on the customer requirements we will recommend a system that suits their needs.
