He came over and not just gave professional advice on what the best course of action would be for this new installation. (putting in piping through the wall to get to the water supply in the laundry) He also checked other bathrooms with great advice about on the upkeep of present pluming and accessories. He completed the installation on the day planned and as discussed. The result was a very nice-looking new sink and the piping installation looked very professional and very neat. He assessed the job and obtained a suitable cartridge for a shower mixer from his supplier and finished the job. The fact t was a cartridge replacement made the price higher around 10%. Old fashion taps jobs are cheaper. Replacement cartridges brings different designs!! Thanks Josh. I will hire him again and recommend him to others."
