New holes will need to be drilled as the canopies are not the same size.

Both the brackets and the sheets are plastic material.  All the joints and edges of the canopy sheets will need to be sealed with silicon to ensure adhesion. 

 Both the canopy and sealant will be provided, only the labour is required. Please refer to attached images for further detail

The sink has two holes but one is smaller than the other and needs to be enlarged. This is not an aluminum sink. I think its called black granite.
