Please see photo of the water tank and the leaking. Hot tap is not getting as hot as usual. I also noticed a high pitched squeak from the house. It happens 2-3 times every min. I have a water purification system (reverse osmosis) currently installed. I want it to be removed/uninstalled. A carcabinet maker is going to fix problems with my cupboard (caused by leakage from the water purifier and water spillage when changing filters etc). At first the cabinet maker said he could work around the RO system still being there, but now he has said he wants it removed by a plumber and he wants to start work 1 Jan midday. 

Then, I will also want you to reinstall the new reverse osmosis system, which comes complete with instructions on how to do so. The new system has been ordered yesterday, but not received yet.

There have been no changes to any part of the shower at all.  Just recently starting loosing pressure.  It seems to be isolated to the hot tap only, but will need the cold tap checked also.
