Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are insured through Fenton Green insurance Brokers.  Our guarantee is "if you are not completely satisfied and we are unable to fix the issue then we will not charge for the work completed".

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

It is a long story but accounting came naturally to me at school and it seemed logical for me to persue that line of work.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

The customer is now one of my best friends.  He was a cranky client and loved stirring the girls in the office.  Non-one wanted to deal with him.  I found it a challenge to get on his good side.  He hadn't done his tax in 15 years and was scared about how much he owed.  With a thorough list of questions we worked through his tax and he ended up with a $20,000 refund.  I revel in the challenge of helping clients.  Thankfully Ken placed his trust in me from the word go and we haven't looked back.

What do you like most about your job?

I love the challenge of helping clients.  I enjoy interpreting tax law and applying it to clients situations.  I especially like getting results which exceed my clients expectations.

We take the time to care about the customers situation and how we can add value to their business.  We have a solid knowledge of the taxation law and accounting principles which allows us to give sound advice to most businesses.

Our fee is based on an hourly charge.  To do our work efficiently it is helpful to have access to all documents necessary to do our work efficiently.  We will need all bank statements for the business and then supporting documents for all purchases made (preferably in transaction order)

What makes your pricing competitive?

We have a well trained and qualified team of accountants.  The processing team is based in Saigon Vietnam.  Only the best university graduates with fluent  english skills are employed.  We pay above the average wage which ensures we get the best at a price which helps keep our prices competitive.

How do you normally charge for your service?

There are a number of options to how we charge.  We start with an hourly rate which is $110/hr for accounting work.  $55/hr for onsite bookkeeping and $44/hr for remote work.  We would however prefer to arrange a fixed price which you can rely on every month or Quarter.

We are small business tax specialists.  We can help support the business through bookkeeping, business reporting and consulting to their annual tax returns.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have been an accountant since 2000.  In 2006 I started my first accounting practice.  I am a CPA accountant and my business partner is a University tax lecturer.
