 Excavate Existing Lawn: Completely remove the existing lawn and prepare the area for new turf installation.
 Install Base Soil Layer: Add premium base soil to create an even foundation for the new lawn.
 Level Lawn Area: Ensure the lawn area is perfectly flat for a polished, professional appearance.
 Lay New Turf: Supply and install Sir Walter Buffalo turf, ensuring optimal soil preparation and a smooth, level finish.
 Site Cleanup: Remove all waste, including old turf, soil, and any other debris from the property, leaving the area clean and ready for use.

 Install Irrigation System: Supply and install a new automatic irrigation system with 8 pop-up sprinklers, divided into two zones. The system should include a programmable timer for automated lawn watering, designed to ensure even water distribution across the flat lawn.
