We are looking to install instant turf in our backyard. The area is roughly 120m2 and we are looking to leave a gap around the fence line to install a garden bed however we will do that ourselves. 

We have a tree in the center of our yard so the grass needs to be somewhat shade resistant and high wear and tear due to dogs and kids. 

The tree in the back corner will also be removed.
