Supply and install new Velux solar powered opening skylight size 1140 x 700mm ( code VSS S01 ). includes remote control to operate, flyscreen and rain sensor. Skylight to be flashed to the tile roof using a Velux edw flashing kit. Cut and trim rafters and ceiling joists as needed. Remove section of lathe + plaster ceiling. Add new plasterboard sheet to the bottom of the ceiling with small trim around the perimeter to tidy up.
